He completed a three-year degree at the University of Padua and a double master's degree in sociology at EHESS in Paris and HSE in Moscow. During one of his many trips to South-East Asia, he unearthed a passion for photography. Particularly for the countless expressions, physiognomies and faces he encountered in the streets. He was able to capture every view and instant of life, age and social class. He discovered photography as a key and object of understanding.
His research employs ethnographic methods and participant observation to study social movements, as well as the challenges faced by ethnic minorities and indigenous communities. In addition, there is a passion - later to become aproject- that he has pursued since his adolescence:urban exploration, orurbex. He explores structures forged by the hand of man, often abandoned, in ruins, forgotten or made off-limits, from the Sahara desert to the Far East.
The photography of abandoned places, within a spatial and temporal dimension that is detached from the rest of society, is written and subsequently rewritten through his documentation. The skill's acquired through his studies and research have developed sensitivity and an eye for details and faces. He currently contributes to the pages of the newspaper "il manifesto" and "Arte e Dossier" and has participated in several humanitarian and environmental projects.
